Using Selio
Selio gives merchants tools to publish products, share a storefront link, and receive customer enquiries through channels such as WhatsApp. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use the service only for lawful business activity.
Your storefront and content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant Selio a limited permission to host, display, and process that content so the service can operate. You are responsible for having the rights to use your product names, images, prices, logos, and other materials, and for keeping your listings accurate.
Orders and customer relationships
Selio is a storefront and enquiry tool. Unless a specific checkout feature says otherwise, merchants and customers are responsible for agreeing on payment, delivery, returns, refunds, and fulfilment. Selio is not a party to those transactions.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Selio to break the law, deceive customers, or infringe another person's rights.
- Do not upload malware, abusive material, or content that violates platform policies.
- Do not probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of Selio.
Plans, changes, and suspension
Paid plans, if offered, renew and are billed according to the plan details shown at purchase. We may update features or these terms as Selio evolves. We may suspend or close accounts that create security, legal, or customer-safety risks, or that materially breach these terms.
